Home Information

ARRIVAL

To unlock the Schlage door lock, please use the 4-digit code provided prior to check-in. To lock, press the lock icon on the Schlage lock.

PARKING
Bylaw: Only 3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. The three vehicles in the driveway must always be parked side-by-side with all three bumpers right up against the garage door. There are two additional parking spaces in the garage that you may use as well. Failure to follow this parking bylaw could result in a fine from the Town of The Blue Mountains. See the below map for reference:



TVS
There are two TVs at the property. The living room TV is a smart TV where you can access apps such as Netflix, Prime and Disney. You will require your own login details to access them. There is a Rogers cable box hooked up to each TV with a standard Rogers package. Don't forget to log out of any streaming apps that you logged into before leaving!

FIREPLACE
There is a wood burning fireplace located in the living room and basement. To put out the fire, put the cool ash over the wood and embers – Using a fireplace shovel, scoop up the cooling ash and dump it over the wood and embers. Repeat this until the fire is fully extinguished. As stated in the listing description, firewood is not supplied - please bring your own if you plan to use the fireplace!

HEATING & COOLING
The thermostat is located on the 2nd level next to the staircase. You can adjust the temperature as required. Please turn the temperature back to 18°C when you are leaving.

COFFEE
A drip coffee maker is provided in the unit. Please bring your own coffee.

BBQ
A BBQ is provided. We ask that you please clean the grill after use and turn off the gas source when finished.


DISHWASHER
The dishwasher works best on normal mode. To operate, load dishes and dish pod inside, then choose a cycle/start. The cycle will begin. We kindly ask for any dirty dishes to be loaded into the dishwasher and the load started prior to departure.

WASHER AND DRYER
The washer and dryer are located in the basement.

LINENS AND TOWELS
All bed linens and towels are provided for your stay! Upon checking out, we'd be grateful if any used towels could be placed in the shower or bathtub.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling by taking it to the wooden bin next to the front entrance. We appreciate your efforts to help us keep this home clean!

House Rules

NOISE
We're all about peace, enjoyment, and happy neighbours here. We kindly ask everyone to keep the noise level in check. There's a 24 hour Municipal by-law in effect. Any fines or penalties will be collected from your deposit or through additional means as required.

SMOKING
Keep it fresh and smoke free in the unit! Any signs, including smell or visual evidence, will be documented and a $1000 fine will be issued.

DAMAGE
Please report any damage immediately to the Guest Support Team to be assessed and discussed prior to departure. We understand accidents happen; we are here to assist and help when you notify us.

PETS
We love our furry friends too, however this unit is pet free. If you have brought a pet without checking ahead you could be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
